Toiletman is the inaugural piece in my Lost and Found series. This work emerges from a desire to recontextualize scrap, discarded materials, and found objects through the lens of traditional clay sculpting, transforming junk into a portrait that evokes the unmistakable silhouettes of pop culture icons.
The process begins with hand-sculpted clay combined with reclaimed elements, embracing imperfection and material history. The final form is molded, cast in resin, and hand-painted, resulting in individually finished variants, each one an artifact suspended between nostalgia, assemblage, and contemporary art toy culture.
Subsequent works in the Lost and Found series will be released soon; keep a close watch to avoid missing the opportunity to acquire a one-of-a-kind piece. For collectors interested in owning a unique, one-off work from the series, inquiries are welcome via direct message.
